Marketing and Comms Coordinator

What is the job role?

As Marketing and Comms Manager for such a project you will be really excited by the prospects of contacting and connecting on a meaningful level those who need such a project the most. The project is for everyone but your job will be to find ways to connect with our specific target audiences.

 

We wish to specifically target those most in need. We will run campaigns gathering info and designing projects around different abilities, autism, the elderly, families and play, babies, physical movement, chronic pain relief, after work clubs, corporate relaxation and team building and more. Each of these campaigns will rely on you using a wide range of media online and off, managing and directing a monthly budget and planning a few months in advance.

 

  • You will have intimate knowledge and experience of multiple social media platforms.
  • You will have experience of web design, blogging, newsletter writing or other relevant media skills.
  • You will have a keen eye and skill for content creation and copy, able to produce short videos and capture and share content on the fly.
  • You will have experience working as part and leading a team.
  • You will be very organised and will use planning calendars and tools to accurately plan for eventualities

 

 

 

Events and Booking Coordinator

What is the job role?

As Events and Booking Coordinator your role will be to develop a program of events and workshops running in our Dream Room, Dream Lab and our sister venue at The Space. The program will have a focus on sensory events – themed dance parties, day raves, multi sensory yoga or holistic workshops, ambient and experimental acts. Events that redefine the relationship between artist, audience and environment with an aim to help everyone to relax, play and create more. You will also be tasked with developing a Audio Visual workshop program in our Dream Lab. This will be an ongoing series of peer to peer Pay What You Decide accessible workshops to give more people the tools to expression and the freedom that brings. This will be open to everyone but with particular focuses on getting more women involved in tech and events as well as those with different abilities and anyone facing multiple barriers to engagement.

Fundraising Coordinator

 

  • £500 per month

What is the job role?

As Fundraising Coordinator you will pair up our short and long term projects with available funding opportunities. You will network and realise new funding streams, manage application processes and deadlines and work as a team player and leader.

We wish to specifically target those most in need. We will run projects providing relaxation, play and educational opportunities to people with different physical and mental abilities, autism, the elderly, families and play, babies, physical movement, chronic pain relief, after work clubs, corporate relaxation and team building and more. Each project will have a desired budget and scope and will have a mix of self generated and funded income.

 

  • You will have intimate knowledge and experience of fundraising and opportunities
  • You will have experience of funding apps, trusts, donors, crowdfunders, can collecting and any other form of generating income.
  • You will be a fantastic writer and strategy developer, able to capture and effectively explain an idea and its value, shaping it for a target audience
